What we collect
Your name, email, optional company name, selected product, message, and submission time. Our anti-abuse controls temporarily store a keyed, non-reversible fingerprint of the connecting IP address, not the raw IP, for rate limiting.
Why we collect it
We use these details to respond to your inquiry and follow up about the product or question you selected. Our form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check for automated submissions and SMTP2GO to deliver notification emails.
How long we retain it
The private inquiry log is configured to delete entries after 90 days. Rate-limit fingerprints are removed after one day. Standard web server access logs may record IP addresses separately, subject to the server’s log retention configuration. Delivery providers may have their own retention policies.
Who can access it
Inquiry data is stored in a private database on our server and delivered to our private mailbox. It is not displayed on this website or sold to advertisers.
